Fairly clean hotel with perfect location in Blackpool right by Blackpool, central pier, and the sea front. Plenty of food at the awesome breakfast.

The lack of clean bathrooms and broken fixtures seriously detracted from the experience!!! The rooms feel cramped and cold, with unreliable heating and awkward layouts that could be improved for comfort!!!

The double room was cheap where the double bed was very comfy. An electric kettle and glassware were a huge plus. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Houndshill Shopping Centre.

The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfty and had free car parking,
This hotel is in the process of been refurbised and is in need of much work, to bring it up to a decent living standard. If your looking for a cheap low budget no frills hotel which lacks any facilities then this is the place to be, I was very disappointed at the hotel pictures and description on the website as they were very misleading. We will definately never stay here again !!!! This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in......

Nothing At All - No cupboard or storage space for your clothes to hang in the room - No shelves in the bath/shower room for your toiletries - No bedside light one light, one bulb in the room was missing - No bedisde cabnet/table - No hooks to hang up clothes - No tea making facilties - Had to ask for tea in the main eating area and tea was cold and too milky - Breakfast was NOT english breakfast and it was cold
Nothing At All, sorry there is one thing - localty - Management need to improve the facilites great deal if they want repeat business
